Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks into company databases and spreadsheets.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations with a high level of attention to detail.
- Support the administrative team with general office operations and errands.
- Ensure office equipment and supplies are well-stocked and functional.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are looking for candidates ready to learn.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (30+ WPM).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
