Responsibilities
- Execute high-velocity data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed, maintaining digital databases and filing systems.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, fax, and phone communications.
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry, ensuring all information is error-free.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate vendor orders.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or data entry roles.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Virginia Beach.
