Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain digital records in CRM and database systems
- Process high-volume data entry tasks with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Manage electronic filing systems and document retrieval protocols
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and invoice processing
- Support cross-departmental projects and administrative workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with zero errors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
