Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Handle incoming emails and correspondence, routing inquiries to the appropriate team members promptly.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute meeting minutes and reports for leadership.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Assist with data entry, document management, and filing systems to ensure accuracy.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, maintaining a professional front desk presence.
- Order and maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a home office setup suitable for remote work.
