Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with a high level of professionalism.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal correspondence and reports.
- Support daily office operations, including inventory management and supply ordering.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Clerk is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
