Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule executive calendars, including arranging meetings, conference calls, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email and phone inquiries, with a professional demeanor.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll data with strict attention to detail.
- Assist with general office management, including filing, inventory control, and supply ordering.
- Coordinate team events and maintain a clean, organized workspace for all staff members.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain digital filing systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with scheduling software or CRM systems is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
