Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and inquiries professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Assist in data entry tasks and ensure data accuracy in company databases.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
