Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior management.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute internal reports, memos, and presentations.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with payroll processing, expense reporting, and invoice verification.
- Coordinate office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in an administrative support role is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
