Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally and in a timely manner.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the management team.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, databases, and filing systems.
- Office Support: Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors and provide general information to clients and employees.
- Inventory Management: Assist with tracking office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: None required. We value attitude and aptitude over prior experience.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
