Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Communication Hub: Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, memos, and presentations.
- Office Support: Maintain office supplies inventory and manage filing systems to ensure records are organized and accessible.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update information in various databases and software applications.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
