Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule executive meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Screen incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate personnel or take detailed messages.
- Assist with event planning, including logistics, catering coordination, and on-site management for company functions.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and process vendor invoices and expense reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and photocopying.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven administrative experience in a corporate or professional setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
