- Lead onboarding processes and provide administrative support for 15+ team members
- Handle travel arrangements and expense reports with precision and efficiency
- Maintain digital filing systems with 99% data accuracy and compliance standards
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (3+ years)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Proven experience with calendar management and executive support
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments with competing deadlines
