Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Handle incoming communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain confidential digital/physical records
- Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Support onboarding processes and assist with new employee orientation
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
