Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle complex travel arrangements
- Process confidential correspondence, invoices, and expense reports with precision
- Oversee office inventory, procurement, and vendor relationship management
- Compose professional communications and maintain digital filing systems
- Provide exceptional customer service as first point of contact for clients/staff
- Support event coordination and meeting logistics for cross-functional teams
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms for data management
Qualifications
- 3+ years administrative support experience in professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks
