- Manage digital filing systems and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders with precision
- Prepare professional correspondence and confidential documents
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Generate weekly performance reports using Excel and data visualization tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience with data entry focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Proven ability to type 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently
- Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
