Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain critical data in company databases and spreadsheets
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex logistics for executive teams
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with precision
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications and inquiries
- Organize and maintain physical/digital filing systems for optimal accessibility
- Support special projects requiring data analysis and administrative coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven administrative support experience with data entry focus
- Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) with 99% accuracy in data entry tasks
