Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence and reports
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate office logistics including meeting setups, supply inventory, and vendor relations
- Support departmental projects with data entry, document formatting, and presentation preparation
- Act as primary liaison between staff, clients, and external partners
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in office administration
- 3+ years of proven administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
