Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements
- Process incoming communications (calls, emails, mail) and prioritize inquiries
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate facility maintenance
- Support employee onboarding and assist with HR documentation
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital filing systems
- Collaborate across departments to streamline operational workflows
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
