Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records with meticulous attention to detail
- Perform high-volume data entry into CRM and ERP systems with 99%+ accuracy
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Prepare confidential reports, correspondence, and presentation materials
- Manage office inventory and procurement of supplies within budget
- Act as primary liaison for internal and external communications
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years administrative experience with proven data entry proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
