Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meeting logistics
- Handle incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Process and maintain confidential records with strict attention to compliance
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support payroll processing and expense reporting procedures
- Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in office environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles preferred
