Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordinate complex logistics for department heads
- Process financial transactions, invoices, and expense reports with precision
- Prepare and distribute official correspondence, reports, and confidential documents
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office inventory management and supply procurement

Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in municipal or public sector
