Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department heads
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval
- Assist with onboarding new hires and office supply inventory management
- Support event planning and travel arrangements for team members
- Perform data entry and update CRM databases with client information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (copiers, scanners, phone systems)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures
- Valid driver's license for occasional errands
