Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for department heads
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with precision
- Assist in onboarding processes and coordinate team events
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
- Support data entry and report generation using MS Office Suite
- Coordinate office supplies and vendor relationships
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- 1+ years of administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
