Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and sensitive information with discretion
- Oversee office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor communications
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate meeting minutes
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive administrative support experience in corporate settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
