Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Process high-volume invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders with 99% accuracy
- Compose and edit confidential communications, presentations, and reports
- Onboard new hires with equipment setup, IT access, and orientation materials
- Implement digital filing systems and maintain document security protocols
- Act as primary point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate office events, catering, and facilities maintenance requests
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with tight deadlines
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details
