Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meeting logistics
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and mail with exceptional professionalism
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for accurate record-keeping
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation materials

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
