- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders with meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with exceptional professionalism
- Implement organizational systems for digital and physical document management
- Coordinate onboarding processes and new employee orientation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with strict deadlines
- Discretion handling confidential information and sensitive matters
