- Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain financial records with precision
- Compose professional communications and maintain confidential documentation
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory and vendor management
- Support HR processes onboarding and training coordination
- Implement digital filing systems and optimize document retrieval workflows
- Act as primary liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- 3+ years in administrative or executive support role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
