Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex meeting arrangements
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence and confidential documents
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders with precision
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Support HR functions onboarding and records maintenance
- Assist with special projects requiring data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- 3+ years in administrative support or executive assistant role
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Discretion handling confidential information
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
