Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating exceptional professionalism
- Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documents with precision and timeliness
- Coordinate meetings and events, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems ensuring information accessibility and compliance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a professional environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
