Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
- Organize and maintain digital/physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Support special projects and events as assigned by department leadership
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (3+ years)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven experience with calendar management and travel coordination
