- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional professionalism
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and logistics for cross-functional teams
- Assist with procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Support onboarding processes and new employee integration
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of proven administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with office equipment and scheduling software
