- Handle confidential correspondence and maintain digital filing systems
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders with precision
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate office operations and vendor relationships
- Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support onboarding processes and new employee orientations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 3 years administrative support experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Proven experience with calendar and travel management
- High attention to detail and confidentiality standards
- Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems preferred
