Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for executives
- Handle incoming communications and correspondence professionally
- Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and documents
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory and vendor relations
- Support team meetings with preparation, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Maintain accurate filing systems and digital databases
- Assist with onboarding and training of new administrative staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
