Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across multiple departments
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including email and phone inquiries
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event planning for team members
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping for all departmental documents
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire orientation coordination
- Monitor office inventory and coordinate procurement of supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
