- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and virtual platforms
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Coordinate office logistics including inventory management and vendor relationships
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation

Qualifications
