Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office inventory, procurement of supplies, and vendor relationship management
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain secure filing systems
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as primary point of contact for internal inquiries
- Process expense reports, invoices, and ensure financial documentation accuracy
- Support onboarding processes for new hires and maintain employee records
Qualifications
