Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex scheduling, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, including clients and vendors
- Oversee office supplies inventory, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conference logistics with attention to detail
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Support onboarding processes and assist with HR administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information
- Experience with calendar management software (e.g., Calendly)
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
