Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive team
- Handle incoming communications including emails, phone calls, and mail with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor management
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation activities
- Support meeting preparation including agenda creation, room setup, and minute-taking
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure confidential document security
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
