Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office inventory procurement, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and maintain HR documentation
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications and inquiries
- Manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and invoice processing
- Support cross-functional projects through data collection and analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and office management software
- Discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive matters
