Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and executive communications
- Oversee office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
- Prepare detailed presentations and maintain digital filing systems
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Coordinate departmental meetings and take detailed minutes

Qualifications
