Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meeting logistics
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) with strict confidentiality
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and vendor communications
- Support onboarding processes and new hire orientation activities
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
