Responsibilities
- General Office Administration: Perform a variety of clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Communication Support: Handle incoming emails, answer phones, and route inquiries to the appropriate departments professionally.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing the calendar for senior management.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit business correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer Relations: Greet visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking office supplies and inventory levels to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree or certification in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or entry-level support role is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
