Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance 2D animations using Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Craft responsive micro-interactions that enhance user engagement and retention.
- Optimize rendering performance to ensure 60fps animations across all devices and browsers.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate visual concepts into production-ready code.
- Maintain and refactor existing animation libraries to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Stay ahead of emerging web graphics technologies and standards to innovate our product suite.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D graphics development or web animation.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of the Canvas API and requestAnimationFrame for smooth rendering.
- Experience with animation libraries such as GSAP, Anime.js, or Pixi.js.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Fine Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating complex 2D motion graphics and interaction design.
