Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning tech capabilities with business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Tech) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex tech visions into actionable strategies.
- Innovation Management: Lead internal R&D initiatives and pilot programs focused on future-proofing our infrastructure.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate potential risks associated with long-term tech investments and propose mitigation strategies.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the strategy department.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or consulting, with a focus on future trends.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading multi-year strategic initiatives and digital transformations.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Cloud Computing, and Data Analytics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic planning certifications are a plus.
