- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech into core offerings
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term impact on market disruption and societal benefit
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-gen solutions in biotech, clean energy, and neuro interfaces
- Represent company at global forums on future-tech policy and ethical innovation
- Mentor leadership team in anticipatory governance and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with proven impact in emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies with emphasis on 2030+ horizons
- Published thought leadership on disruptive innovation or technology ethics
- Experience scaling solutions across at least two paradigm shifts (e.g., cloud to AI)
- Certification in futures foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFSD)
- Portfolio demonstrating execution of 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
