Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and oversee the comprehensive 2026 strategic vision, identifying key growth areas and disruptive technologies to integrate into our core business model.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Manage a dedicated team of futurists and strategists to prototype and validate emerging technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into global tech trends, regulatory changes, and market shifts to forecast potential opportunities and threats for the company.
- Executive Consultation: Serve as a primary advisor to the C-Suite, providing insights on long-term investments and digital transformation strategies.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment across marketing, engineering, and sales departments.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and tech giants to foster a continuous pipeline of innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership within the tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and SaaS ecosystems; experience with futuristic tech concepts is a major plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term strategies that have resulted in measurable business growth and innovation.
