Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the architectural vision for systems required to support operations through 2026 and beyond.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant microservices and cloud-native architectures that handle high-velocity data.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies such as Quantum Readiness protocols and Neural Interface compatibility.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Proven track record of identifying and implementing future-proof technologies.
