Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prepare for emerging technological disruptions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Develop scenario-based models for market evolution and competitive positioning
- Partner with R&D to translate future trends into innovation pipelines
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational progress
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing long-term (5+ year) strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards
