Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in futures research, trend analysis, and risk mitigation
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies
- Experience with agile/Scalable methodologies for long-term planning
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent preferred
